1. The board of directors discussed the quality & safety policy of the company “MRPOPCORN S.A.” which relies in the complete satisfaction of each customer and the continuous improvement of the quality & safety conditions of the produced products.
2. For the above reason our company installs a food quality and safety managemenet system as a reference to:
(a) the production, standardization, storage and transportation, in ambient temperatures, of spices, syrups for non alcohol perfumed drinks, different types of pop corn & vegetable fats and,
(b) the storage and handling of standardized foods at ambient temperatures.
3. The management of the company because it believes in the continuous improvement of the safety level of its products.
COMMITS ITSELF
to the below mentioned principles, which consist the safety policy of the company:
(a) the loyal application and continuous improvement of the company’s plan,
(b) in the continuous updating, monitoring and harmonization with the legislation in matters of food safety and quality, enviromental management, as well as the meeting with the requirements of the responsible authorities,
(c) all actions that may affect the safety & quality of food and the environment are planned and implemented in accordance with the statutory procedures and other documentation of the company’s plan,
(d) in harmonizing it eith the customers requirements by validly dealing with complaints or objections based on documented procedures,
(e) in the notification, implementation and observance of the plan at all levels of the company,
(f) in notifying all interested parties,
(g) in the reapproval as to the continued suitability of the company’s plan,
(h) in the continuous training of staff over food safety issues,
(i) in the constant modernization and automation of the facility’s equipment,
(j) in the abidance and constant improvement of the safety rules of workers in the facility,
(k) the systematic recognition, evaluation and control of all enviromental aspects and consequenses of the company’s operation
(l) the constant effort to prevent pollution that may occur during the execution of the works,
(m) the constant effort to minimize the quantity of total produced waste, by the application of the best available techniques, techniques of recovery, reuse and recycle, wherever possible,
(n) the safe management of any possible hazardous waste may appear during the processes of the company,
(o) the recognition, evaluation and control of all redistributions for public welfare purposes,
(p) at the disposal of all the necessary resources for the faithful implementation of the company’s policy,
(q) the support by measurable objectives.
