If your pop corn machine has a transfer oil pump, then “POPPING OIL” is the “secret” to make the most delicious pop corn in taste and flavor. Due to the fact that pop corn is a product that “is first eaten … with the nose” (as it is its flavor that attracts the customers) we make for many years a product that, its history alone, quarantees its quality both to the final product and to sales.

It is a vegetal oil, tinted and scented in a way that pop corn has the appropriate taste, color and flavor. It is packed in waterproof tin cans of 20 kgr each with a safety lid, cladded with heat resistant laquer (suitable for food contact) therefor the product is protected when heated. It is distinguished for its low fumigation during the thermal process and leaves no burnt oil in the kettle of the pop corn machine.

In the winter months with temperatures below 20°C, it is easily liquidated during heating. One tin can is enough for converting 60kg of maize to pop corn.

ATTENTION: The flavour of the product does not contain diacetyl.
